He has extensive experience in all phases of intellectual property and employment litigation. His clients include individuals, privately-held companies, and large publicly traded corporations, all of whom seek cost-effective and practical solutions to a broad range of business issues.

Mr. Gentin has been afforded significant experience with both corporations and nationally recognized law firms. Mr. Gentin also practiced with Cushman Darby & Cushman (now Pillsbury Winthrop) in Washington, D.C. His practice there included prosecuting patent and trademark applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and litigating intellectual property, unfair competition, and antitrust matters in federal and state courts.
